Spring Washers
Spring Washers are widely used in transmission towers erection, Railways, Automobiles and in other engineering applications where locking action is required against rotation of the screw of bolted assemblies. Spring Washers are made out of best quality spring steel (En-42 Series) according to IS:4072. Washers are produced on automatic machines within close tolerance. Under strict quality control and careful processing, excellent functional properties are obtained. Washers are tested as per IS:3063 and other relevant standards.
Spring Washers are available in the size range from 3 mm. to 24 mm. in flat sections and 1/8" to 1" in rectangular cross section of wire. The washers can be produced as per the specification given in any other standard against specific requirement.
Special Combi-Size Washers
In the latest assembly technique, bolts with plane washer and spring washer in combination are used to reduce handling and sub assembling time of individual parts. In these methods bolt is put to threading after inserting spring washer so that it does not come out. The Internal Diameter is little less than that of prescribed in the standards. Khanwalkar Industries has gained expertise in manufacturing these washers generally referred as "COMBI WASHER".

Washer Making Machine
The machine is an automat for Coiling and Cutting of spring washers. This machine is capable to manufacture spring washer in MS carbon steel and in stainless steel.
The machine is designed to give accuracy, consistency in production and suitably accommodate variation in raw material (Wire) quality (Which is difficult in imported machines). The easy, flexible and visually identifiable tool setting is the unique feature of the machine. This enables operators having lesser skill also to set and run it easily. Changeover of tool is very easy and fast, which improves machine efficiency. All parts, components are machined to high standard and bought out parts like motor, bearing and electrical are the best brands available in the market. The machine is a complete system of production of spring washers and user has to connect 3 phase power line only and you start.
